Before becoming a CyberDyke Affiliate you must agree fully and without reservation to everything below and affirm that you meet all the following conditions:

1. Only persons over the age of 21 years may participate in our Affiliate programs.



2. Only persons with legitimate, legally compliant websites may participate in our Affiliate programs. You may not send us traffic from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content: child pornography, "lolita" sites, bestiality sites, password-trading sites, hacking or cracking sites, or other sites that contain illegal content, host malicious code or malicious software, or that engage in, promote, facilitate or condone illegal activities.
   
   If we determine that your operate any web sites featuring any of the above-listed material, or otherwise purvey or distribute said material, or engage in any of the proscibed activities listed, we reserve the site to terminate your account[s], even if the specific site[s] you use to send us traffic are in themselves compliant.
   
   
3. All new Affiliates are subject to approval by the owners of CyberDyke.net, who will have sole discrection over this approval and whose judgements is this regard are final. Guidelines for acceptability may be found here. These guidelines are merely to aid new Affiliates and are not intended to be complete, comprehensive, or binding. Approval may be revoked by the owners of CyberDyke.net at any time if upon re-review they judge that a site no longer meets their standards of acceptability. Unapproved Affiliates will be paid 1% of each initial sale as a commission.



4. Approved Affiliates will be paid 50% of each initial sale as a commission, except is cases where a separate agreement exists between CyberDyke.net and the Affiliate. Commissions will be tracked, adminstered, and paid by CCBill.



5. CCBill fees are split between us and you [the Affiliate]. Chargebacks are deducted from your account [by CCBill] in same proportion as the payment for charge that was reversed. Chargebacks are closely monitored. Excessive chargebacks, as determined by us at our sole discretion, will be cause to suspend your account[s].



6. We have a vigorous NO SPAM policy! If we have reasonable cause to believe that you or others acting on your behalf are guilty of spamming newsgroups, BBS, IRC, or via e-mail, we will immediately suspend your account[s].



7. Any use of our promotional content is strictly governed by our Content Use Agreement, posted here. You must fully agree with and agree to abide by these separate terms and conditions before you may use any promotional content provided by us.



8. All contact between us and our Affiliates will be conducted primarily via email. By signing up for our program, you agree to receive email from us regarding this program. All email will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. If you change your email address, it is your responsibility to update your contact infomation with CCBill, through the CCBill affiliate administration website. We are not responsible for email that goes astray, or is delivered to non-working or obsolete email addresses.



9. We reserve the right to change the commission rate with a preliminary notice to the current email address of the affected webmaster[s] as reflected in their CCBill Affiliate account profile.



10. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time. Should this happen, you will be notified immediately through the email address reflected in your CCBill Affiliate account profile, and will be paid for all commissions due, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement.
