No other use is authorised, and no further rights are conferred. Before linking to or otherwise displaying, downloading, or retrieving any of our promotional content, you must agree to all of the following terms. You must post our promotional content in such a way as to comply with the laws and statues of your jurisdiction. This includes taking all required measures to ensure that only persons of legal age [over 18 years of age; 21 years of age in some case] who wish to view sexually explict material may view it.
You must include a prominant link to whichever of our sites the posted promotional content represents; this may be a linked banner or text link. If you are posting a gallery, you need not place a link with every individual image in that gallery, but you must place the link on the gallery page itself, and you must include a link in any text description that points to [links to] that gallery.
You may not distribute, duplicate, or otherwise convey our promotional material without a prominent and legible credit to us, without our URL, or with our copyright and/or watermark removed or obscured. Under no circumstances may you use our content in any unsolicited emailings [spam emails].
You may not build a pay site, AVS site, or other membership site solely or largely from our promotional content. You may use our promotional content in the member's area of a pay site that exists to sell other [legal] content, as long as 1) you obtain our permission first, and 2) it does not represent the preponderance of the site content.
You may not use our promotional content to promote your own website[s] or other venture[s] unrelated to us. If you use our promotional content to create an "update" to your site, you must prominantly link to us and give us credit in all posting refering to said update.
You may not alter, modify, or crop any of our promotional content, or use it in a derivative fashion to create new content, images, banners, or other graphics, with sole exception of resizing images, to include creating thumbnail images, for the purpose of linking to our sites or promotional content, without our express permission.
All our content is fully complaint with Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code. Our 2257 compliance notice is located here; you are free to link to this notice from your site. DO NOT copy the text of our notice onto your site; in the event of changes to this information, your site would no longer be complaint. NOTE: The legal standing of Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code is currently under review and has been suspended on certain jurisdictions. This may or may not affect you. Seek competent legal advise on how 2257 issues currently apply to you.
Using our promotional content may in some cases cause you to be considered a "secondary producer" as defined by current Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 regulations. Secondary Producers may be subject to the record keeping requirements under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 regulations.
Sites that link to our free-hosted galleries using text links and/or thumbnail images of our promomtional content have been generally considered not to be secondary producers and therefore exempt from Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 regulations. [This is our opinion only; seek qualified legal advise if you have questions on this matter.] For this reason, we do not offer ZIP archives of our promotional content and we do not authorize you to download our promotional content and repost or host it on your site, except by special agreement with us.
